"I purchased a Heritage and the dealership was late ion sending me paperwork , resulting in my having to pay a penalty for late title work in Indiana. Upon request the dealership reimbursed me the late fee. I have recommended the dealership numerous times. I hope they sopld motorcycles because of the recommendations. 5 Star all the way.

"My 1973 Yamaha RD350 broke down in Huntley last weekend. A McHenry Harley Davidson mechanic, Dan Carbine, was on his way home from work and stopped to give me a hand. Dan went out of his way and even let me use his garage to shelter from a thunder storm. We got my bike going and I got home in the dry.
Good Samamitans are hard to find. McHenry Harley Davidson has one working in their shop. Thanks again Dan."

"I know quite a few people with HD in other parts of the country and have heard some iffy stories about the dealer. But I was pleasantly surprised by how I was dealt with to this point. I feel I was treated fairly by everyone I was in contact with. The proof comes after the sale. So far the service dept. has been top notch. From making recommendations on parts to making sure my bike was ready before they promised it would be. Brian in the service dept has made sure I've been taken care of and has been very patient with an experienced rider, but novice HD owner. I would (and will) recommend McHenry HD to anyone looking for a HD. Only complaint is that as a smaller store, their in-stock accessory selection is limited. But if they don't have it they can get it.
Unless I have no choice, McHenry HD will be the dealer I look to first for anything HD."

"Great experience with McHenry Harley. A little scared at first with the distance. Felt it was worth the distance after meeting the staff.. Ended up buying a 2008 Night Rod Special. So dont be afraid of the distance for all of you in the city...I like the fact that they will be delivering my bike to me downtown...So give McHenry Harley a shot at your business if your looking for a non pressure, Pleasant, low key dealership with no BS... But one warning..Be prepared to spend some benjimins with Susan in accessories..."

"The key to great customer service is you have to want to help people. Jason is fully aware of this and went out of his way to make sure received the parts I required.

I should also mention that a young lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) also helped me out, I think she is how Jason got my information, another star performer of this fine establishment. "This is my first Harley and Brad and Chris made the experience a good one. They pride themselves on "doing the right thing" and not just making a sale. I bought a used sportster and had minor issues from delivery. Brad and Chris had the bike gone through by the service dept 3 or 4 times to get the problem corrected at no charge. All this with no extended warranty and a bike that was off factory warranty. Never once was I treated any differently than a friend and they were always willing to lend an ear when I was unsure of something. Thanks guys. Top notch."
