I should also mention that a young lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) also helped me out, I think she is how Jason got my information, another star performer of this fine establishment. "This is my first Harley and Brad and Chris made the experience a good one. They pride themselves on "doing the right thing" and not just making a sale. I bought a used sportster and had minor issues from delivery. Brad and Chris had the bike gone through by the service dept 3 or 4 times to get the problem corrected at no charge. All this with no extended warranty and a bike that was off factory warranty. Never once was I treated any differently than a friend and they were always willing to lend an ear when I was unsure of something. Thanks guys. Top notch."

the staff was great chris, brad, were awsome on the sale and after, theye always had time to answer questions when ever i thought i "heard a noise" theye treat you like a friend the parts guys, top notch. always willing to search and suggest options
( and not call the home phone when parts come in)

"It is real nice to walk into a shop and they know your name and treat you like a long lost freind. Brad is a great sales associate and Chris I have known for a long time he is a good friend. I have had very little go wrong with my bike but when I needed service the bike was fixed correctly the first time and I always get the bike back spotless. "Overall experience at this dealership surpasses the 5 Star rating. The only difficulty I experienced was obtaining my title, but it was immediately fixed once the problem was determined.
There is not one single employee that doesn't treat you like family. Everyone is extremely honest, helpful and curtious - all have the "whatever it takes" attitude when meeting customer needs.
